The bare unit has been handed over. Finally after a 5 month saga! DMCI was quite slow in processing. But in any case, I believe the sense of ownership drowns out the hassle and inconvenience of the past few months.
The next step is looking for an interior designer, which actually takes up a lot of time. Aside from checking their portfolio, one has to inquire individually as to designer's fees and scope of work. I just hope we are making the right choice.
